Info: Orphaned at a young age and living on the streets, it is assumed that Duo does not remember much about his birth parents nor his birth given name. For most of his childhood Duo lived on the streets of his colony, running around with a gang of other orphans. When the leader of this gang died, Duo took on the name Duo in honor of his friend. Eventually, he and the rest of the orphaned children were taken in by the Maxwell Church. Unlike the other children, Duo did not find a home easily. One family did adopt him at one time but ended up bringing him back. Sister Helen and Father Maxwell ended up raising him as their own child until the Maxwell Church Massacre. After seeing those he considered family killed, Duo took the last name Maxwell and ran.  He eventually ended up on a ship that was owned by the Sweeper group who would the train him to be a Gundam pilot. Duo was one of the five Gundam pilots sent by the Sweeper Group in the space colonies to take out the Special Mobile Suit unit called OZ on Earth. He is seen as a jokester and laid back most of the time but deep down hides a troubled past and is not afraid to rush into battle to the aid of his friends.
